Delivery & Returns

  1. The majority of Classical Chandeliers products are assembled to the specific configuration of customer orders. Delivery is normally 2-4 weeks but will be shorter for items in stock and may be longer dependent on manufacturing constraints.
  2. Faster delivery is normally possible but may incur express delivery charges. Please call for details
  3. There are a number of products which are stocked and available for faster delivery, 3-4 days and some have a next day delivery option. These include light bulbs, plate hooks, winches and certain chandeliers which are help in stock. The chandeliers available for next day delivery can normally be viewed in the " In Stock" category.
  4. After your order is placed please get in touch if you need more precise delivery timing for your order.
  5. Typical delivery costs range from approximately £4.13+VAT for up to 200grams, £8 + VAT for upto a 2kg package and £35 + VAT for a 45kg package. You can use the delivery cost estimator after logging in to provide an accurate deliver cost prior to payment.
  6. The delivery costs are for the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands but we can ship to any destinations, so please get in touch for delivery costs to other countries.
